We accept Cash, ApplePay, and SamsungPay as well as Visa, Discover or MasterCard debit or credit cards.

Unsigned cards must be accompanied by a valid state or government ID.

We do NOT accept checks, foreign currency, traveler’s checks or American Express credit or gift cards (this includes gift cards issued or backed by these companies).

We offer a 30-day warranty on repairs. This covers our work only. It does not cover new damages, imperfections or malfunctions not repaired by us. The warranty is only valid when the warrantied item is accompanied by the original register receipt.

We have a 7-day return/exchange policy for new items purchased (not available for special orders) only when accompanied by the original register receipt.

Any and all deposits for work/repairs/special orders/layaways are non-refundable.

Any and all repair, layaway, order or other pick up of any kind MUST be accompanied by the ORIGINAL claim ticket. Copies, photos or simply the repair number are not sufficient. If you no longer have the original ticket, items may be picked up by the person whose information was originally supplies on the repair envelope, when accompanied by their valid state or government ID. There are NO exceptions to this policy. We take the safety and security of every customer, their information and their belongings very seriously.

Special orders and custom designs are not cancelable, returnable, refundable or exchangeable under any circumstance, and must be paid in full before work can begin or the order can be placed.

We offer 6-month layaways. A 20% deposit of the total end price is required, and the remaining balance is split between the remaining 5 months of payments. 2 or more missed payments will result in a cancellation of the layaway. The deposit and subsequent payments are not refundable but can be applied to another purchase within 1 calendar year of the date of the initial deposit. Otherwise, all payments are forfeit.
